Size of the logo/banner and centering the forum

Hi all,

I have two forums one is VB4cms and other is phpBB.

Question one:
When I bring down the width of the phpBB forum the picture shrinks with the rest of the forum ( to a certain extent ofcourse. But in vB4CMS the picture keep sticking out. fe9.org is the vbCMS

I would like the top banner to shrink with the rest of the forum if possible.


Second Question:
When making the width much more, the whole forum sits on the left side instead of staying in the center of the browser. Could someone please tell me where the setting for that would be.
