Default Automatic Private Message to New Members?
I searched for this everywhere and was unable to find anything, is their a way to send new members and automative PM welcoming to the forum, telling them the rules etc? I would also like it to be timed so that the first thing the new member see's is a PM but, have some sort of timer so that for example after 20 secounds send the user a PM : Welcome to my Forum? I figure their has to be something out their to do this I just can't find it.

Edit: Ok I found out how to make automtive PM's but is their anyway to have some sort of timed one?
