looking to buy a MMO similar to this one $500+ upon completion

A few features that should be included from these games are..

*Can select one of 5+ schools of magic.
*Spend turns researching a magic from your school only.
*Blackmarket, basically an auction house for players to buy and sell.
*Units, click this link to see an overview of different monsters in your army.
*Guilds, player created guilds where they can set notes to attack other guilds/players.
*Building, player can build buildings on land found from exploring.
*Exploring, player can spend x amounts of turn exploring for land (I would like them to also *be able to randomly find items while they explore to).
*Ranking, shows the top 10 and 50 players who's level are similar to the player looking up rankings.

Looking to spend around $500-$750 for this and I must be able to login to a demo (with or without using an admin account) on a site that you have set this up to test it on.

The game does not have to be a complete rip but it must have the features listed above.
