MySQL Error: /includes/class_core.php

I'm running 3.8.4 and am getting the following error fairly regularly:

Database error in vBulletin :

I've attached the file though it's just the stock one from the 3.8.4 download. I've never altered so much as a character in the original file.

I do have some mods installed though and they are as follows:

• AME 2.5 + DJ's AME Media Definitions
• Easy Forms
• Facebook Connect
• BBcode [table]
• Cyb's PM System Enhancements
• Live Topic

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea how to fix anything like this.
