Is There Paid Subscrition Mod that can do this?

I am looking for a Mod or a paid service that will allow me to hide the download link in any thread and forum to non paid paid subscription member's.

My goal is that in creating a thread in any forum that can be activated to hide the content link unless the user has a paid subscription with the proper access.

The options would only need to be available to Admins (& Mods if possible)

I have ran across a site that sells you reputation points and this allows you to obtain the down load link after a reply. I am currently running the 3.8.4 version of vB and the forum in question is on 3.73
