Thread template for new posters

Hi,

To be clear: I'm not referring to graphical templates. I'm talking about something like

1. Problem

2. Solution

3. Extra code

This would appear in the editor when creating a new thread. Is this possible with vbulletin or are there mods available that could do this?

So what I'm looking for: When a user has less than XXX posts, he get's a little thread-template in this editor when creating a new thread
