Incorrect date for everything today!
OK I dunno wtf happened but today when I got up the date on my forum said July 29 when in reality today is the 28th. I checked the server and it had the incorrect date. Not really sure how the hell this happened but I did see that windows did update the date and time last night so I'm thinking that must have caused it to be incorrect. Perhaps there was an issue with the time server or something I dunno.
In any case now I have a fixed the issue but now all the posts that were made today BEFORE I fixed the issue all show TOMORROWS date. So now that the issue is fixed whenever someone makes a post in a thread that had the incorrect date, their post goes to the top of the thread. How can I fix this issue aside from manually editing the dateline of every single thread and post that has the incorrect date. Is there perhaps a script that I can run that will subtract 86,400 seconds (24 hours) from all the posts/threads that have the incorrect date? Any ideas? I have disabled my forum right now until I can get this issue resolved. |
