Displaying custom form in vBulletin ??
Hi,
I want to display a custom non-vB dependent form on my header template. I added all required images and css classes to my forum template. Here is the form code. Code:
<div class="quote"> <div style="padding:100px 10px 0px 10px;"> <form action="results.html" method="get"> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" class="padded" align="left"> <tr> <td align="left" colspan="2"><b>Choose Sport</b></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" align="left"> <select name="src"> <option value="123">Football</option> <option value="124">Basketball</option> <option value="125">Baseball</option> <option value="126">Hockey</option> </select> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left" width="35%" style="padding:0px 0px 0px 40px"><b>Enter Zip Code</b><br /><input type="text" name="zipcode" size="12" /></td> <td align="left" width="65%" style="padding:10px 45px 0px 10px"><input type="image" src="images/button.png" /></td> </tr> </table> </form> </div> </div> Then I created a new template with my form code and used this method to display custom templates via plugins. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=119933 None of those worked. I even tried to enable HTML (I know it's not safe) for a certain forum, which didn't work too. Can someone please let me know what am I missing. Thanks --------------- Added [DATE]1247610116[/DATE] at [TIME]1247610116[/TIME] --------------- Nevermind, I solved this. The code above was correct. It was just few conditionals around the code that were breaking the display. Maybe someone else find this thread useful |
