Custom text styling

I'm fairly sure there was a mod a few years back, that allowed users to choose the style of their text when they posted.

Basically what I want is a mod that will allow for users to choose the font (face, color, size), and whether it is bold, italic or underlined, and the position in post (left, right, center).

I would like the option to be put in the user options, and to have an option to disallow on certain forums, as well as for the user themselves to disable it on a thread to thread basis.
