Default Cannot Donate To Vietnam
Not sure if this is a problem with other areas of the world, too, but I tried using the build in vb.org system to donate to kBank and was told by paypal that accounts in Vietnam can send but not receive payments.

You might want to offer alternative payment processors for donations.
