Username Font Size in 3.8.1

I have looked at several threads regarding changing the username size in thread views. I tried what was advised, but one string of code wasn't even there, and the other one I was able to change 'big username' to 'smallusername,' but find that it is -too- small.

There seems to be no such thing as 'mediumusername,' so I was hoping someone here might know if there's some way to make the username size a little bigger than the small, but smaller than the big option.
