wmv, .mov, mpeg4, .mpg files on vBulletin 3.7

I am looking for a way to allow users to load wmv, .mov, mpeg4, .mpg files to their posts. I am using vB 3.7

I already added the BBcode for Youtube, but for some reason my boss would like these other possibilities. Is this possible? Is it safe? If so, how would I go about making it happen on my forum?
