New Skin Help Please

Hi i am looking for some help with a new skin for my forum.

I have uplaoded and installed the skin fine as i have done this many times.

I also run CMPS on my homepage which looks fine as shown below.



But when i go to my forum home page the outcome is slightly different.



My main forum display locates itself to the left under all of the modules and the candy stick bar that runs down the left hand side disapears from the right.

Can anybody at least point me in the right direction to where i should look or even better how i can change this??

I will greatly appreciate any help

PS: A less important problem occurs when viewing my home page and clicking the heading links for example it takes me to www.swcruise.co.uk/members.php where it should take me to www.swcruise.co.uk/forum/members.php. when i change this int he style my links from the forum home page then deliver www.swcruise.co.uk/forum/forum/members.php :S
