Default Browser Window Size and view
Hey,

I'm not sure how to explain it in english so i'll try my best.
i want my forum to have kinda the same viewing settings as this site

what i noticed is that when i make the browser window smaller it changes the forum look, especially the navbar.
I also noticed that when i change my resolution it changes the sites look as well. the site above on the other hand doesn't take affect to nor the browser window change and the resolution change.
Any idea what setting they use that makes it stay the same?
