Default Best Spam Mod/Hack?
Can someone/anyone tell me what the best spam mod/hack is for vb 3.74? I had a user post spam, banned him, the next day he signed up again under a new name, and same IP, and started spamming again, so whatever already comes with vb did not even phase the user...I am looking for a good spam hack/mod for live users, and robots...

does this version of VB come with email confirmation before user is active, or
do I need to find a mod/hack for this?
