Forum Admin Conventions?

I am fairly new to being a Forum Administrator/Moderator and am wondering if there are conventions or get togethers for folks like us? I am interested in learning more about how to use and improve my forum and would be interested in attending an event where there was a lot of training and idea swapping. Where would I look for something like that? Any ideas?
