Adding this....

Hi All,

Basically, my forum was transferred from phpbb to vbulletin platform some time ago with certain section (see below).

I would like to add a new section to the forum but can only add onto an existing section.

Hard to explain, but this diagram willshow you what I mean,

How can I add a new section, as circled in red.
