PM people who posted in thread

I am looking for some kind of a hack at that will allow me to coordinate meetings. Right now you reply to a meeting thread and the host will go through and manually PM each person with instructions, or cut and paste them into one large message.

I am looking for a way to either easily hit an option (for example in Thread tools) that would allow me to PM the whole group of people who have replied to a thread OR do something similar with an RSVP system and the calendar. So far I have not been able to find anything that includes this critical PMing component.

Perhaps there is a better way?

Basically we have monthly meetings and do not want to post instructions to peoples houses in a public forum...
