how to remove below taglist latex math? which template should i remove the code?

i already remove this product plugin also still see the latex math is under taglist

i'm also facing too many query database to run, can you suggest me what should i do about this? and now my server load is 3% memory sometime very high if someone uploading a file the highest memory that i check is: 90%, avarage memory 50%
