Hi I'm developing a community portal / news website for Gibraltar.

Gibraltar Portal

The CMS is Textpattern

The forums are vBulletin and galleries Photopost Pro

I'm not getting much activity on the forums and gallery.

There are a lot of people in Gibraltar who use Facebook.
I think this could be a reason.

Although I'm open to constructive criticism about design
