Linking to the lastpage

Hi Guys

I hope this is an easy one.
If I want to link to the last page of a thread on my forum from another website

For Example..

This thread, http://www.hypaculture.com/forum/showthread.php?t=154 has 7 pages.
So to link to the last page I would have to use the URL. http://www.hypaculture.com/forum/sho...p?t=154&page=7

Of course if there are more posts added 7 will no longer be the last page.
So is there a simple way to link to the last page of a thread.
