How to find a good vbulletin designer?

Hi

I am looking to find a good designer to do a simple design for my forum, to make it look similar to my website. Hopefully the same person can also be available on an ongoing basis for future design work / add-ons etc.

Can anyone recommend the best way to go about finding such a person?
