bbcode marquee that scrolls back and forth

Hi, all,
I am looking for the code for the marquee which goes from right to left and back to right again, over and over, on the page.

So I know it exists. The above site uses vbulletin 3.7.
If nobody here knows, I guess I could join the Marines to find out!
