Flashing FlashChat

I have the members-using-FlashChat box at the bottom of my board's homepage. I don't want it cluttering the top of the homepage, even though that would be a far more practical place for it to be. Is there a way to make the FlashChat link on the navigation bar flash to indicate that somebody's in the chat room?

Thanks to anybody who takes the time to come up with a mod for this.
