Question Regarding RSS Feeds
Alright, so I am importing feeds from feedburner that have flare attached to them, like this:
http://feeds.thestreet.com/tsc/feeds...ad-money-recap Now, when you use the default coding for the body.... "{rss:description} More..." And preview the feed, the VB code can't breakup the feedflare, and it comes out as such, "Cramer sees signs of a bottom -- and buying opportunities. http://feeds.thestreet.com/~a/tsc/fe...recap?i=hhEuWw http://feeds.thestreet.com/~f/tsc/fe...ecap?i=kx5TrCB http://feeds.thestreet.com/~f/tsc/fe...ecap?i=rJ9h9kb http://feeds.thestreet.com/~f/tsc/fe...ecap?i=785MerB http://feeds.thestreet.com/~f/tsc/fe...ecap?i=Yz4P89B http://feeds.thestreet.com/~f/tsc/fe...ecap?i=haq56mb http://feeds.thestreet.com/~r/tsc/fe...p/~4/192139564 More..." My question is, is there any way to change the node to something that will allow me to see the text, and not the feed flares? Perhaps just the first xxx words of a given post? Basically I don't want to just have it be the post title then, "more..." I've tried turning off the BB code conversion but with no luck as it just spits out the html then. Any help appreciated, thanks! |
