very strange navigation problem

This is very odd. I noticed this weirdness with my navigation today and honestly do not know how this happened (changes). I am the only admin with such access.

The problem is my navigation first is not showing drop downs (not even the down arrow). Secondly, it is showing 'mark forums read' and 'open buddy list' which were not there originally. I'm starting to wonder if the new vbulletin security patch 2 for 3.6.8 caused this as I just applied it 1-2 days ago.

The two drop down menus in talkjesus.com are "Info" and "Navigation". Then of course, there is "search" as well by default should be drop down but isn't. That's 3 now. I'm also missing "journal" from the menu so is "User CP". I have not modified my templates/skins in a long time too.

Even the editor is messed up too.
