Default Thread Rules per Forum
Hello,
I hope this request/thread can be viewed in special mode by Paul M and Cybernetec my two prefered Coder/Developers on that vB.org Community.

I ask if possible to made a add-on that show a thread rules per forum, with the possibility to set for every forum like an announcement.

An example of this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=159066

Just when a user post a new thread, this can be showing the posting rules.

Thanks in advance and Hope all Coders they accept my request
