Default attachment download permissions (more advanced)
I'd like to make it so that a (registered) user has to make at least one post, before he/she can download attachments... Any ideas? Does such a hack exist already, perhaps?
I would also like to make a distinction between archive and picture attachments. For picture attachments I really don't want to make restrictions. Anyone should be allowed to see or download them, because I use them on the main page of my forum (with vbadvanced).
