Default usergroups
Still struggling with usergroups. Wonder if someone can show me the way...

How do you make Usergroups viewable in the users CP (to request access) but the application is not complete until an admin approves them?

Every time I try they get automatically approved.

no probs, figured it out. Forgot to assign a forum leader.
