Default block a user from reporting posts and using the contact form.
I have a couple of people who report everything that they don't agree with.

It's getting kinda annoying, while I appreciate having my attention drawn to trouble, this is more like any post they disagree with ... so I'd like a way of removing the report button from their postbit

Removing their access link to the contact form would be cool too.

I guess I could do it with template conditionals and usergroups, but wondered if anyone could come up with a better way that does it on an individual user basis.
