Redirect for all url.. why?

Hi,
i created a new forum and only in this last one appens this:

All external url (also in the template) are rewritten in this way:
http://MYFORUMURL/redirect-to/?redirect=URLIWANT

Why appens this? How can I solve this problem?

Vbulletin code in this way also css file I use for my template.. so the forum is horrible!

Can someone help me?
