Forum Font colors

Is there a hack or a way for the users to set a font color to be used though out the forum?
If not can something like this be done?

I would love to be able to let the members choose a font color to use for all their inputs. instead of having to change the color in all the box's a global custom color would be great.
Use it for the shoutbox reply's edits newposts threads etc etc
