$style[css] as a fullpath rather then relevent.

I'd like to adjust $style[css] (used within header_include template) to be a full url instead of using a relevant path to "clientscript/vbulletin_css/blablabla.css", where do I need to make edits to achieve this?

An alternative would be to use .htaccess redirects, but that seems wasteful when all it shoudl require is a simple template (or maybe file) edit.
