Default i want to do this
before i purchase VB i want to basically make a site like this:

ive searched the mods and hacks but cant find the one used in the site above? found lots of different ones but none look as good as that ^

i also want to transfer my posts and users from my old phpbb board- can i pay for some help in getting someone to do this for me?
