Default Individual Forum Rules agreement
I'd like to see a modification to have users have to agree to a set of rules PER FORUM.

For example:
  • There is a set of written rules for a particular forum
  • a user tries to access that forum that has NOT agreed to that set of rules yet
  • He receives a message redirect message telling him/her that they have NOT agreed yet
  • Redirected to those rules to agree/disagree to
  • Once agreed, individual forum access is granted
  • User is logged as agreed
Cybs rules here are very close, but not quite.
This one here, isn't supported nor updated for 3.6+

Anyone have any ideas?
