Can someone help fix this code? I messed up!

Hello, can someone help me fix this code. I totally screwed it up.
It is suppose to create 3 boxes full of a text advertisement that are lined up next to each other. The boxes are suppose to be white, with green text. The top portion of the box (theader area) is suppose to be a sea-green, maybe dark green or just plain green.
It is going to be placed in the header, right above the forum banner image, but slightly above an Adsense ad.

Here is a picture of the current code.
As you can see, the dark green bar is interrupted by a bit of light green. I could not fix this. Need help with it. Please make the light green disappear.
Also, can you make it so that it is centered? I couldn't fix that either.
