vBulletin licensing revocation policies?
Can anyone illuminate vBulletin's licensing revocation policies?
I recently learned of a situation where vBulletin recently "revoked" a vBulletin license for a site that was considered morally objectionable. I'm not going to bring up the matter of that specific site here (it's probably been discussed elsewhere). The only issue I'm interested in is whether anyone can state vBulletin's ability to revoke licenses based on the content of the site. Is this even a sane business for vBulletin to be in? A software company that not only creates and licenses software, but polices the content of their licensees? |
