Can vBulletin Make A Script that converts from ( www.mysmartbb.com ) to vBulletin ?

What is mysmartbb ?

That is an arabic forum script , we want vbulletin to make a script to convert from it to vbulletin.... Please !

Mysmartbb Script files is attached .

and the script ( from vbulletin to mysmartbb ) is attached also .

to look on them , if you can make a script to convert ..
