Opening Hours for a forum ?!

Hi,
I'm german, but i try to write in an understandable english

I need a simple Script, which makes it so, that a defined forum is only from e.g. 0pm till 6am available. The users can see the Forum every time, but if they click on it and its not the right time, they get a blockmessage.

Is this understandable for you?

Can someone help me?
