Live, Dynamic PNG image with live forum stats

Hello Guys,

I have purchased a forum and there is a script which I can not figure out and it is broken.

It creates Live, Dynamic PNG image with live forum stats. I looked for such hack here but could not find any Please help. I need to fix it.
