Two usertitles, one for showgroups?

Is it possible to create another usergroup title, unchangeable to any user but admins in the adminCP.

I want this so that I can add that special, more clean and un-personlized (call it, original usertitle if you like?) usertitle to the showgroups_usergroupbit template.

$user[musername] <- like that, a usertitle field I can input anywhere I want, but that is not shown on other places than where I put it.
