A specific quote for email received

Hello all,

I'd like to know it would be possible to create a "Quoted email" feature.

This would be to allow user to quote an email receive via Outlook or any other email software.

When clicking on a "Quote email" button, this would open a box letting user to past the name or email adress of the sender and when clicking on "OK" would open a second box like "normal" quote where to past the received message. (Maybe, between the first and the second box, an other one giving the possibility to enter the date an time of the received email should be useful).

Then after, this would appear in the thread like a "normal" quote excepted that it would be shown above the quoted part : "email received date-time from misterX@provider.com".

Would it possible to create this ?
