I want sticky threads to show first in search results

Self-explanatory. I don't know if this needs a hack or if there is a feature somewhere where I can do this.

I would also like the "sticky" phrase to show differently depending from which forumt the thread came. In some of my forums the stickies are called in one way and in others in another way, but when the show up in search results they all get the same name.
