Convert normal google links, to sitesearch links (adsense for search)

I have a request for a plug that would I'm sure be a welcome challenge (hopefully)

Essentially, take all google search links (very popular in webmaster forums) across a forum and tranform them into adsense for search links.

Not being a coder of PHP, I cant really tackle this but know it would go down very well here as loads of forums are now using the adsense for search (login to my site:- user:test pass:test and click the search link to access the google site search if you need a demo)

Essentially, we're talking about taking links in a forum such as:-
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...e+Search&meta=

and converting them to their equivelent:-
http://www.google.com/custom?domains...D%3A1%3B&hl=en

This would be an amazing hack for anyone using the adsense for search program.

[EDIT] PLEASE DISREGARD THE ABOVE REQUEST. It is stated in google's FAQ that links to adsense for search results is not allowed.
