Default offtopic post count for admin and mod, not for normal user
hi there


normal users are always filling off-topic area with shit just to see the post count going up

i want posts in off-topic area to count in moderator and admin, but not for them.

is this possible?

a small modification ahould do

ps. i know its possible to disable post count in one forum for everyone.

but i want only for certain groups.
