How to let other scripts use the css files

Hi there, I have a question I hope someone could help me out with. I'm trying to find out how to let other scripts (non vb) to use the same css style as the forums. The scripts are also in a different directory.

I also would like the styles to change to when the user changes the style within the forums (cause I have more than 1 skin at my forums).

Also, my css styles are saved as files within the clientscript folder and everytime I edit something in the css style manager, the url changes for that style. for example if it is style-8ed0802e-00049.css if i edit something such as a font color, the name becomes style-8654987-00049.css automatically.

I also noticed that the stylesheet for each skin is called by the variable $style[css] within the headinclude template.

Could anyone possibly help me out with this or at least give me some tips, thank you.
