Could A Coder Put Me Out Of Misery

I am sure this is simple to do, but I am making a balls of it big time and it is really starting to annoy me.

All I want to do is move the sponsor ie $vbphrase[sponsored_by] under the $forum[description]. It is currently putting it over to the right...so if I add any length of desciption at all it takes a second line and looks messy. Have attached an image of what the board looks like now. (in image want to move: Sponsor: Institute Internet Supporters Club under Pride of the Maiden City.
