Default Ban a user TO a thread.
We have the ban a user FROM a thread Now we need ban a user TO a thread.

I was thinking a sticky called the "banned users megathread"

bonus points for making them unable to use sigs and avatars in the thread, but it still stays that way when they are unbanned :ninja:
