Track Task List or Action Items in a Thread

I'm looking for something which will:

• Allow a forum owner (via Diaries/Owned Forums or some other means) to create a list of Tasks or Action items in a post, with checkboxes or some other interactive element.
• Participants in said forum (or thread) have ability to click said checkboxes (or a button, or something) to indicate that specific tasks have been completed.
• Original post gets updated dynamically as per participant responses.
• Bonus: link tasks/action items to calendar events to allow some sort of schedule tracking.

This is generally what I'm after and I'll even tip for it.
