I have this on my forum home

Code:

2="$newusername">$vbphrase[welcome_to_our_newest_member_x]</phrase></div>
		</div>
It is the basic code that says welcome to our newest member and their name.

I want to put that on my forum display template, if I just put the code it dont work, can some one help?
